Richard W. Schmidt died February 23, 2015 at the age of 93. He is survived by his sister, Helen S. Briggs, a niece Ann Marie Gonyeau and husband David & great niece and nephew Bryan and Emily.
Richard was a technical sergeant in the U.S. Army. He was stationed at St. Lucia in the 9th Weather Squadron. After World War II, he made his home in Summit Point W.V. He lived here for 63 years before returning home to Kendall N.Y. In W.V., he ran a cider mill with his father until he started building homes. He graduated into building beautiful furniture pieces which will passed down for generations. He was also a member of the South Jefferson Ruritan Club for many years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Greece: February 15, 2015. Terry was predeceased by his mother, Lois Haag and his brothers, Robert & John Haag. He is survived by his father, Norman Haag, his sisters, Darline (Douglas) Foelsch, Diane (Walter) Dixon; his brother, Gary (Donna) Haag; his several nieces and nephews.

Brockport: February 15, 2015, 63. A woman of grace went home to her Lord and Savior on February 15th. Darlene, was a true blessing to all. Gus William Neidrich, Jr., 76, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at his home in Greece, NY. He was born on October 15, 1938 in Glen Richey, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania to Gus W., Sr. and Mary Ellen [Mathers] Neidrich.
Gus grew up in DuBois, Pennsylvania. He served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1957 after which he moved to Rochester and worked for Gerber Baby Foods, Ragu and then for General Motors and Delphi when he retired in March 2001 with 20+ years as an electrician.
He was a member of Holy Cross Church, Clio Lodge #779, UAW #1097 and was a 32nd degree Mason. He enjoyed NASCAR, Corvettes and taking long walks.
Gus is survived by his son, Gus W. III and his wife Sarah; his 2 brothers James and his wife Judy, William and his wife Cindy; his 2 sisters, JoAnn Zimmerman and Kathleen Lovenduski and her husband Joseph; many nieces and nephews; his longtime close friend, Patricia Eddy; his loving caregiver for the last 5 years, Georgia Bostwick; and many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine MacMaster; his parents, Gus W., Sr. and Mary [Mathers]; and his brother, Edward L. Neidrich.
Funeral Services will be held at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton on Monday, February 16th at 11:00 a.m. with Father John Reif presiding. Friends are invited to call Sunday, February 15th from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. There will be a Masonic Service in the evening. Burial will follow the funeral service at Parma Union Cemetery in Hilton with an Air Force Honor Guard Military Service.

Kendall: February 11, 2015, age 86. Predeceased by his wife, Concetta Riccitelli Ward and will be with her for Valentine's Day. Survived by children, Hal Jr. (Norma), Joanne (Ed), Steven (Phyliss), Ronald Sr. (Judy); 13 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.
Hal was born and raised in Jay, NY to Julia & Amos Ward. As the oldest of 12 children. He served in the Army. Retired from Xerox was a member of the American Legion & an active Knight of Columbus. For many years he was a Boy Scouts of America Scout Master.

Brockport, NY – Passed away peacefully on January 30, 2015. She was born June 8, 1947 in Rochester, NY and was a 1965 graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School. Rosemarie was predeceased by her parents, Christian and Luella Jensen. She is survived by her loving companion, Paul Oldfield, her children Todd Peek, Justin Peek, Chad (Jill) Peek, and Tiffany Petersen Kota, her grandchildren Sean Peek, Cassandra Peek, Devan Peek, Brendan Peek, Spencer Peek, and Brielle Kota, sister Judith (Roger) Staubes, brother Richard Jensen, nieces and nephews, friends, and her beloved pups Chloe and Gambler.
