Richard "Dick" Elliott; children Brett (Kathleen) Elliott and their children Brianna & Omar, Todd (Mary) Elliott and children Thomas & Mary, Tracee (Bill) David and their children Tyler & Abbey; her sisters Audrey Case, Cora Massecar, Roberta (Donald) Ecott, Elaine (Charles) Maginness. Rinkey composed the Alma Mater for St. Paul Lutheran School, wrote the 100 yr. history of the church and was founder and director of the "King's Kids" dance ministry.

Survived by her daughter, Elaine (David) Fox, Michael Fox and her great-grand-daughters, Rebekah and Rachael Fox.
