Greece: Betty Oberton, 89, Mar. 20, 2010. Born Oct. 27, 1920, in Syracuse, NY. Predeceased by her parents, Dr. William & Mrs. Frances Munro; brother, Scott William Munro; husbands, Kenneth Wright and Walter Oberton. She is survived by a daughter, Dr. Wendy Wright of Greece, with whom she resided; a son, Scott (Christine) Wright of Hamlin; three stepchildren, Ellen Oberton of Rochester, Elaine (Dr. Jonathan) Franz of Rochester and Walter James (Dolores) Oberton Jr. of Syracuse. She also leaves a sister, Jeanne Parker of Watertown; 7 grandchildren, 2 nieces and several great-nieces.
Betty graduated from Philadelphia High School in 1939, attended Plattsburgh Normal School and Diebert's Business School.

Mesa, AZ/Hilton: Feb. 19, 2010. H. Bruce Hilton, 83. He was predeceased by his son Christopher. He is survived by his wife Joan, daughter Terry Higbee; grandchildren, James F. Hilton, Craig W. Higbee and Alyssa M. Hilton; his sister Marion Gibbs. Bruce was a graduate of Cornell University and is best remembered for his 25 year career as a Hilton High School Vocational Agriculture Teacher.
